I believe good policy work begins with a disciplined question, and gets better when we understand the context around the answer.

I studied political science at the University of Ghana, continued into public policy and political analysis at National Research University, and completed graduate study in political science at the University of Ottawa.

Across Ghana, Russia, and Canada, I have learned to move between source material and lived experience: comparing policy ideas, conducting structured field interviews, supporting students and institutions, listening to community feedback, and making complex requirements easier to navigate.

That range has given me a practical perspective on institutions. Evidence matters. So do the conditions under which it is gathered, interpreted, and communicated.
