03Stakeholder communication case noteSeptember 2021 to June 2022

Coordinating scholarship information across institutions

How can complex program requirements become clear next steps for students and institutional partners?

  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Information sessions
  • Deadline communication

01 / Context

The question behind the work

Applicants and institutional partners needed consistent answers across requirements, faculty guidance, deadlines, and application steps, often across organizations and time zones.

02 / My role

Responsibility and evidence boundary

In an international academic and programs context, I coordinated scholarship information with universities in Ghana and supported virtual sessions for prospective students.

03 / Approach

What I did

  1. 01Mapped the information needs of students and institutional contacts.
  2. 02Coordinated requirements and deadlines across participating organizations.
  3. 03Delivered virtual information sessions and responded to questions.
  4. 04Converted complex instructions into clear next steps and follow-up communication.

04 / Output

What the work produced

A more navigable information experience for students and partner institutions working through scholarship and admissions requirements.

05 / Reflection

What I carry forward

Stakeholder communication is analytical work: understand the audience, locate the ambiguity, create a shared version of the facts, and make the next action unmistakable.
